2018 Genesis G80 Navigation/Radio Head unit freeze/reset issue

Currently owns 2018 Genesis G80 3.8 and I have been experiencing a Navigation/Radio Head unit freeze/reset issue (see attached video). I've had this issue shortly after I owned it and within the span of 1 year, I've probably noticed this issue more than 20+ times all happening randomly. On several occasions, I've taken the videos of the issue and took it over to the dealer and show the video but only to be told that they were not able to duplicate the issue. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the similar issue.

Update: The dealer replaced the head unit with a "remanufactured" system and even after that I was still experiencing the same issue.

I had a similar issue with mine 8" AVN 4.5 system when it was new. Freezes, and reboots... sometimes I could get it working again my resetting via the recessed button.
After replacement it was fine. I had a couple of times it got wonky, but a reset solved it. It only happened 4-5 times in the last 3 years after the replacement. If your's is still acting up.. make 'em swap it again.

My issue ( 2019 G80) 2seems to be the route the nav sys.wants to take me is not the shortest or quickest and it often tries to avoid interstates /faster highways . My settings are set NOT to avoid toll roads or interstates and to go the fastest route even not the shortest .
