2020 G80 Sport dropping radio/XM presets

There is a software fix. Did he do that? The fix just became available in the past week or two.

Here you can order a new SD card/USB by mail to update your built-in navigation system. Map version 14 will be available starting April 27th for most models. A download option will be available on May 15th"

Connected services advised me that the download version has been delayed by Covid 19.

SO, dealers may or may not have it.

Go to MapNSoft, create an account, request an Update. Just follow the steps offered to create a new account.

It is all VIN based. Last I knew, there was no download available, but they will 2 day FedEx it to you on USB. Create your account and the system will give you the correct download. Continue to the checkout screen and you will see the option to bill to Genesis. Solved my problem with disappearing presets.

'Visited MapNSoft today and now they offer a download of the update. They explain you'll need a 28.5 SD card or you can use your existing SD card and the download will overwrite it. (me, NOT, I may try a previous card when update time comes) 'Don't know what happens when your three years of ownership expire. One more thing, they still offer the update for sale with the "bill Genesis" note.

Anyone have luck downloading the update? I've had it fail at 4.9% on two different machines.
