  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I found an older thread on this topic buy nothing recent. I am in the market for new 2023 g70 2.0 prestige package 2wd. Right now there is a 1500 off promotion on all models that ends at the end of May. Question for the group, is anyone out there getting a better deal than msrp minus 1500? I am asking for prices paid before TTL. I was shopping for a used one but magically my trade in goes way up if I buy new. I just purchased a new Palisade for my wife 2 weeks ago and am growing weary of the buying process and sales pitches. Also and btw, I own a 2023 gv70 prestige. It may have the most uncomfortable seats in the business. My son's 2019 Kia Optima base model puts them to shame and this a constant complaint on the gv70 forum. Mine in the shop getting a recall taken care of and might be there a while while they wait on parts. They gave me 2023 g70 prestige as a loaner. Guess what? I like way it better and brings driving enjoyment that I don't get in the gv70. In the end, the dealer would be writing me a check. I bought my gv70 slightly used and only paid 51 (msrp of 58) but am getting offers for 51 so all is well on that front. Just need to know what I should expect to pay on a new g70. Thanks in advance for any replies and look forward to being a regular contributor to the group once I make the deal.

When I purchased my 2023 G70 3.3 sport prestige I paid MSRP. The rebate was only for the 2.0. Right now the car market is still over priced so anything MSRP is pretty good in my opinion.

I paid MSRP for a 3.3 Sport Prestige last week. Dealer would not go below MSRP.

Thanks everyone. Good info to have. Did you get the 1500 off or is that only apply to the 2.0

I received $1,500 conquest offer and the cash back financing offer, but the dealer claimed the $1,500 cash back on the financing offer could only be applied to dealer add-ons (e.g. wheel protection, accessories) so I used it to purchase all weather floor mats and key replacement coverage. Not sure if I agree with the dealer's restrictions on the cash back, but that's the deal I got.

So I am going in tomorrow to put a deposit down on a 3.3. They are giving 1500 off msrp based on the promotion. They would have done it on the 2.0 as well. Had to pay for a window tint add on but I was fine with that. Whenever my gv70 get out of the shop, we will close the deal

I bought a '21 Tesla and a Palisade Calligraphy at the same time 2 years ago, at MSRP. Sold them together at the same time, and actually made real money on both (including taxes, accessories, and even the cost of installing a 240V charger at home). Probably the only time that will happen. Ha ha. Then bought a '22 Santa Fe Calligraphy and G70 3.3T Sport Prestige at the same time a year ago. The 3.3T had a defective engine, so returned it, and waited for a '23 G70 2.0T SP instead. Also paid (a lower) MSRP, but at least no other fees of any kind on any of those vehicles, except a reasonable $149 doc fee. If you get anything below MSRP, I'd consider myself lucky. Ha ha. Porsche is charging 15 grand over for the base 911; that's nuts. I'll NEVER pay a penny over any vehicle, period.

Just purchased a G70 Select in Ny (White Plains)… $1000 off for being a Honda owner (weird) and $500 more off for taking dealer stock.

I just got an offer from my local Gen dealer for $54,800 on a fully loaded 3.3t awd sport prestige with about $2000 in dealer add ons too. Seemed pretty good to me.

Might wait for the 2024 though haven't decided yet…

Ya, i think since there were announcements on the upgrades this week on the 2024 upgrades they will start making deals on 2023’s the closer to delivery time. Wasn’t the color i want so im not in a rush yet.
