2022 G70 3.3T AWD New Front Side Vents

I have a new 2022 G70 3.3T AWD that I picked up today. I love the new refresh but I noticed that the new front fender wheel well exit vents are different on the driver's side vs. the passenger's side. The driver's side has about a 6" opening inside the wheel well, and the outside fender vent is fully opened. The passenger side inside the wheel well only has maybe a 1 1/2" opening, and the outside fender vent is only open an 1 1/2"?! I don't understand why both exit vents aren't the same, and fully opened?!

what?! Now I am going to be out there comparing mine tomorrow in the light! I hadnt realized (just got mine on the 15th), and may not be able to drive this car if it isnt symmetrical

I was told it was due to the windshield washer fluid reservoir being housed in that area.

Funny, I noticed this yesterday while washing my car. I thought I was the only one with this issue. Good to know that it comes like that. I tried looking online for a fully open fender vent just like the driver's side but can't seem to find one.

The engineers have a reason, you just don't know it.

Well, many times is the bean counters, not the engineers, so you never know. Ha ha. But in this particular case, I agree .
