2022 Wireless charger question

2022 G70 Prestige. iPhone 12. Wireless connection on the pad is quite finicky but I can get it to work with my TPU case. I've never seen the charging light turn green. Is it just me?

Is it supposed to? I never saw it change

Thought I read it in the manual. Will have to check.

Manual says it will change to blue when fully charged but also said some phones will not trigger the blue LED.

Mine has turned green when the phone is fully charged.

I finally gave up on mine as it was too finicky to get right. Turn it off in the menu and am using a third party one in the same spot. Works 95% better.

can you share the 3rd party one you are using? I got a wireless charging bank when I got my 2019 G70 I could use that.

G90. I have an iPhone 12 pro max. The qi charger just does not work for newer iPhones no matter how you place it in the holder. Once I left it in there for and hour. It made the phone really hot. I’m not using a phone case so that’s not the issue.
