Anyone experiencing a long delay to get a service appointment at your dealership?
My dealership is 45-60 days to get my car in for some tech issues such as steering wheel controls not working.

My dealership is 45-60 days to get my car in for some tech issues such as steering wheel controls not working.

Do some snooping around here and you will see that is quite common, not just Genesis dealers. Not enough techs these days. When it comes time for routine service, be sure to make appointment well in advance. My daughter had a 4 week wait on her Honda recently. Varies by dealer, of course.

Not quite as bad, but I had to wait 2.5 weeks to get an appointment at my dealer in Phoenix, AZ. So your 45-60 days is excessive.

I like my GV70 much more than my traded in BMW X3 but BMW dealer could get me in for service in a week. Maybe they pay their techs more?
