  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Guys and Ladies, I need some quick advice.....please.
I owned a 2019 G90 Premium and loved the car, and sadly lost it in a flood. 33,000 mikes of trouble-free driving enjoyment!

So...I am very much tempted to but the "new and improved" model and have been looking at 2024's hoping to find a deal where someone else took the big hit.

I found one with right around 10,000 miles on it, priced at slightly below $66K.

Looks perfect and drives awesome, and I love the car.....BUT....

Is it a "deal" or "no deal" based on that price?

Should I wait a couple months and get a better deal on a 24, or maybe spend the same money for a 25?

What are your thoughts?

Thanks in advance!

Is that the Maui Black and Bordeaux Brown one in N.C.? Seems like a pretty good deal. It has some kind of ceramic coating on it as well as PPF on it somewhere too. It was probably taken care of early on. If it were me, seems like a good one to buy now. Good luck.

The one nice thing about the G90s, especially the used market, coupled with the internet, you can know all the inventory in the United States. I was fairly confident on my 2023 purchase in October that I had the best deal in the US. I just knew all the inventory, its location and VIN histories. If I found a step change better price, then the VIN histories got murky and they were lemon buybacks or something fishy.

So just scan Carvana, CarMax and do the google search and check the top used car searches and you will know every model from coast to coast. I was able to get a couple thousand knocked off mine from the dealer and was very happy and I knew felt I was getting a fair deal.

The only money that was lost was due to how much hardball I felt like playing. I missed out on a couple listings too that were sold or pending when I called. For me as soon as I saw the advertisement I knew it was the best deal in the US and locked it in as soon as possible.

The other thing is the longer you wait more warranty time is ticking away and the time will run out before you come close to the miles on the 5 year/60K.

If you see a better price than $66k by $5 to $10K with similar mileage, do a VIN search on it and I bet it is a buy back or an accident VIN.

CarMax has a 2023 ESC G90, 7K miles listed for $66K. That is over-priced and will sell for high $50’s when it finally sells would be my guess. 2024 @10K miles for $66K…I bet it won’t be around long.

There is a new left over 2024 G90-SC for $73,997.00 at Brunswick, Oh Genesis dealer. Hard to beet a brand new car with full warranty for that price.

Here is the link to the dealer:

Back in January 2025 I looked at this car. Very nice but it is Makalu Gray & I had to have the silver. Back then they wanted $87,000.00. Price keeps dropping. It is a shame thee cars are just not selling.
