  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Looks like my local dealer is starting to prepare for shipments of the 2026s, despite the Genesis website not showing 2026 yet. I see all 3 trims in transit with the earliest ETA of Sept 2. All trims have the 84 kWh battery pack and 27 inch OLED combo display. The performance's MSRP went up almost $2000 and it looks like you get a digital rearview mirror as well. Advanced MSRP seems to have gone down by about $1500. Base RWD MSRP went up about $200. Estimated range has increased from 235 to 252 miles for performance, 248 to 267 miles for advanced, and 294 to 306 miles for standard/base. For those interested:

It looks like B&O system and HUD no longer comes with Advanced trim according to the window sticker provided ...

from a Genesis doc..."Retailer Notification", dated July 18, 2025: (full doc in post #14 in the "Instrument Panel Display Software Error July '25" thread).

Have you contacted any dealerships to see if they are actually receiving new shipments yet?

Q5: Will a Retailer Stop Sale or Port Hold be issued?
A5: Yes for both, see below.
• Retailer: A Retailer “stop sale” has been issued in accordance with federal regulation for involved
vehicles unsold at retailers.
• Port: A “hold” has been issued for all involved vehicles located at the ports and vehicles processing
centers

Well, both of those are curiously missing from the stickers shown, but it would be hard to believe that Genesis would remove those. These two things are among the few items that distinguish Genesis from Hyundai and Kia and justify the price difference.

That would answer the lower price though. the OP said the Advanced trim is 1500 dollars cheaper than last year.

But the items are also missing from the Performance trim sticker

I see the B&O and HUD on the performance trim sticker toward the middle right
Thanks. I missed it. What a shame if the Advanced got devalued.

I definitely agree.
It was the perfect compromise of performance, range and still kept the premium features from the higher trim. The site still only shows 2025 models, so I can't even confirm.

When we leased our '25 GV70-EV, we had to bump up to the "Prestige Package" in order to have the HUD and heated steering wheel, this pushed the MSRP of the car past $76k. Wouldn't be surprised if Genesis is doing the same thing to the EV60 and only include the HUD & heated steering wheel in the top level package. One of those things that once you have a HUD and a heated steering wheel (ideal for the cold climates, no need to wear gloves!) you don't want to do without it.

Pretty disappointing when you consider you can have the HUD and heated steering wheel in a Kia EV6 for less than $60k (MSRP), but I get the fact this is the nature of the car business.

I'm not sure they always list all the features on the window sticker; I'll reserve judgement until I see one at the dealer when I bring mine in for the peeling rims warranty replacement, or it appears on the Genesis website. For example, none of the window stickers for the 2026s mention facial recognition, but I'd be really surprised if they deleted that feature from all trims since they promoted it a lot when the car first came out. The 2026 advanced and base stickers do mention fingerprint recognition, but the performance doesn't. Advanced sticker does omit remote smart park assist which is listed on the performance sticker. While I've only used that feature maybe 3 times, I do agree it would be a shame if the advanced trim gets de-contented, especially if the HUD is missing, although in the setting of tariffs, de-contenting the car would definitely make sense especially since the advanced MSRP dropped, and the base MSRP is more or less the same.
