A/C Malfunction

The AC started doing a strange thing today. It only blows cold air on the passenger side. Yes, the "Sync" button is pressed and I've confirmed all settings are proper. Has anyone else experienced this?

The dealer refuse to fix it or even check it because I bought this car not from the dealer in my country !!

Honestly, first I've ever heard of it. Never happened to a car I've owned. I have a service appointment tomorrow so I'm hoping they can fix while I wait.
