Why not someone stand up & collect All the VIN numbers of the Genesii that have been or are affected by this current issue..
Then when you go to the dealership with the issue and you are told "We have never heard of it" You can offer the VIN numbers...somewhere it will click with someone. :grouphug:
 
That's a pretty good idea...
 
All of the dealers know about it. They are just "pretending" to not know about it because they have been told to not replace any components unless they can replicate the problem.
