  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello, I been running around with C1201 and C1202 codes for a couple of weeks now. A bad front left sensor. Today it also triggered the tpms light. I'm tired at looking at all these yellow lights so I'm gonna cave in and replace the stupid thing. The part number I need is 59810-B1030. I'm looking at OEMhyundaiparts they want $160 for it. I found one on Amazon for $60 from big tiger parts. Anyone buy stuff from these guys? Are they any good?

I bought a door latch assembly from them. I haven't installed it yet, as the problem resolved itself (for now). However, the assembly looks to be the correct new OEM one.

They didn't have any pictures up just the company name just wanted to make sure. Thank You!

So, I replaced the harness on Friday but it didn't clear the code. I drove it around all weekend hoping it would reset itself. When I filled up my tank yesterday the lights went away. I then drove around for an hour about 40 miles with the lights remaining off. Today when I was leaving for work the lights popped back up. I must've driven not even a block before they came back. This wouldn't be the fuel pump module issue would it?

Which OBD codes are you getting now?

I am having same issue. I am throwing codes C120281 and C120581. Took to dealer and they said because I aftermarket rims and larger tires they couldn't troubleshoot the issue unless I put the factory back on. Whatever. I was goign to replace myself but now I am wondering if replacing the wheel sensor would actually fix the issue. I have Auto Hold, ABS, ESC lights coming on. They might go away on their own for a bit but will come back on eventually.
According to the dealer, having larger tires on the car can cause these codes, but I have been running on them for a year without any issues so I am skeptical.

I haven't gotten a chance to read them yet. Ill post the codes up when I get a hold of a reader. I have the torque app and a Bluetooth dongle but it wont read any of the codes.

So I'm still getting the c1201 & c1202 codes. It again "fixed" itself for a bit yesterday and again today when I was idling in a parking lot. The sensor must be bad I'm guessing.

So, maybe it wasn't the sensor itself. Maybe the tone ring is messed up? It only takes a slight bend to cause this sort of problem. Alternately, it could be the wiring, but the ring seems more likely. If it's like most of them, you have to replace the hub.

Ya it's funny bc I cry about not being able to turn the traction all the way off and now I want it back on bc of all the yellow lights lol! I might take my old harness and try to cut off the connector and make a switch out of for when I want it off.
