  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey all. I'm hoping someone can help me with my issue. I think I have read every post regarding adding an amp and sub to the 14 speaker Lexicon system, and I have tried everything recommended, but still can't get mine to work. Here is what I am working with:

2015 Sedan with the Signature package and 14 speaker Lexicon system.
The amp is Lexicon, not JBL.
I have two 22 pin connectors, gray and white.
I am using the blue with orange stripe wire for the negative to the high level input on the amp.
I am using the wire next to it for the positive on the high level input on the amp. I think this wire is grey with black stripe.
Both of those wires were cut and wired to the high level input.
I used the wire in slot 7 on the gray connector, I think this is pink. The amp turns on fine, so I believe this is correct. I only tapped into this wire, not cut and reroute to the amp.
I am running a Hifonics Zeus with a Sundown SA12.

My questions are:

Are the blue/orange and grey/black correct?
Is the blue/orange negative and grey/black positive or vice versa
Did anyone have to add anything else to make it work? Any specific line out converter or some other digital processor?
Is there any other weird shit I'm missing?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

So For My Install A Used The White 22 Pin Connector. position The Connector So That The Clip The Locks In Into The Amp Is Facing Down, I Then Tap Into The Two Wire On Right Side(Green+ & Brown-) I Personally Used T-Tap I Bought Off Amazon That Tap And Then Have Removable Spade Connections. I Haven't Had Any Signal Problems From Tapping Onto Those 2 Leads For My 14 Speaker Lexicon System.
