  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I must be "search challenged" because I can't imagine this topic not being previously discussed. I see the time coming when I need a replacement battery for a 2023 GV80. Dealer replacements are ridiculously priced if they even have one in stock and aftermarket ones seem to need alterations. What is the acceptable solution that you have come up with?

Her in Australia warranty is 5 years, so your 2023 should still be under warranty so would be supplied by dealership

It's 3 years here in the U S and they're trying to claim that an aftermarket camera plugged into an ignition activated accessory outlet causes the battery to drain. That's BS of course. The outlet has no power when the ignition is off.
