Aftermarket infotainment system

Has anyone installed an aftermarket system that has the ability to plug into the cars ac info and other systems that show info on the infotainment screen. If so what did you go with, I have the ultimate and would like something that I could keep use of the system hard drive as well.

Probably never will be... Everything's too bespoke & all the manufacturers are doing their own thing. You're lucky to find aftermarket replacement speakers in the right sizes for anything made in the last 15 years.

I miss Double DIN...
