  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Please help. Two days ago my car connected (via Bluetooth) and today nothing. Voice command worked in Navigation but when trying to initiate a call it keeps asking me for a command. I've been using my phone for the last 2 years with no issues.
I read that if I remove phone from the options I cannot reconnect it again. It seems as though it isn't downloading my contact list... it keeps asking me for line number yet, not all contacts are visible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did look for more info on other posts but I couldn't find a resolution.

Yes, help please. I’ve had voice command issues, too and no luck with answers here. Bought my 2013 in Sept 2017 and in 2 months the CD player couldn’t be fixed and the head unit was replaced. One year later, navigation and call requests are responded with ‘please say a command’ The dealer replaced the head unit again. It still can’t recognize names I ask for😟
