This is what the dash looked like when I took it back to the Hyundai dealer after they could not get an active code the day before. After picking up the vehicle I had no problem getting the problem to come back and returned to the Hyundai service department. They said they now had an active code, I have no idea what code it was, but they had no idea what was wrong because they have no trained Genesis technicians. I had waited 6 weeks for this appointment and was now told it was a Genesis and not a Hyundai and I could wait over 3 weeks to take to an authorized Genesis service department or leave with them for a few weeks while they try to diagnose the problem. Has anybody seen this problem before and happen to know what the solution was?
