  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

all weather floor mats

I ordered the winter mats, cargo tray, cabin filter, oil filter, and a license plate cover... Got it all shipped for 200 bucks. Not bad.

You also get 11% off for being a new customer. I was happy to find that out when I checked out.

Thanks for the info. We placed the very same order (minus the cargo tray; already got one) 11 days ago and it arrived 2 days ago. The all-weather mats installed easily and look great. The products are a good value for what they are.

One question I have for anyone who's tried it... My father and I attempted to replace the cabin filter ourselves, as per the directions in the manual, and hit a significant hitch. After successfully popping out the stoppers on both sides of the interior of the glove compartment, it seemed as though the hinges would not lower far enough to allow convenient access (any access?) to the filter. It certainly would not lower in the way which is described in the manual (page 7-24, I believe).

We didn't want to force anything, so we decided to leave it for the dealership to figure out when we take the car in this weekend. If anyone has some advice, we'd love to just do it ourselves - it looks so easy! :)

I followed the link to the accessories store and thought - yes, I'll get a tube of touch up paint. Only $8 with the 11% discount. I then entered my mid-west zip code and was presented with shipping costs of $14. Are you kidding? - I'll go to the dealer.

Yeah, I actually live in MA and the shipping was a little much. I bet if you call you could work something out with them.... Not sure though. I'm looking for the "All Weather Floor Mats" so I might call my dealer instead of order from this place. Although if my dealer tries to charge me like $200 for the set I'll buy from online.

Also, the mats don't even look that good to me from the pictures. They seem very shallow and doesn't look like they would hold in the snow/mudd that well.

if you spend a lot you get free shipping. my order totaled about 230 and i got free shipping and 11% discount. not sure when the free shipping purchase amount starts however.

Thanks for the link. I ordered the mats, cargo tray and ipod adapter...free shipping and 11% off. Great deal.

P.S. Says "Free Shipping on orders over $150" on main page.

When I was buying my Genesis, I was supposed to get "all-weather floor mats", but when I was taking the car, I noticed I had carpet floor mats. First the dealer said; 'u did not say all-weather' but then we showed him in the what's included paper the have on the window of the car it said that 'carpet floor mats' are included. So he agreed.

Then he said he did not have them and had to order. Today I went to pick up my title etc. and he showed me Genesis accessories doc which said 'all weather floor mats do not exist for some Hyundai models including Genesis' so he gave me another set of carpet ones...

Somehow I feel I am getting ripped off here. What did you folks do?
My dealership in Omaha Nebraska, has Hyundai brand All-Weather Mats for the 2009 - 2010 Genesis in stock. Perhaps they have come late to the market, but they're available now.

I've had difficulty finding these geniune Hyundai Genesis All-Weather mats anywhere online. My dealer gives me a 10 percent discount, since I bought the car there.

I've only seen the all weather mats in Black.

I tried the WeatherTech mats for my 2009 Genesis and I'm returning them. The WeatherTechs come up short on width, and they don't stay situated correctly on the floor because of the centerpost fastner location for the factory mats (carpet and all weather). The WeatherTech rear mats fit perfectly, but because of the centerpost, they seem to slide around and don't want to stay in place.

The Hyundai Genesis All-Weather Mats I bought for the car stay exactly in place and have the centerpost mounting system.

It was snowing/raining and really messy last Friday when I took delivery of my 2010 3.8 Black/Black. The dealer didn't have any accessory mats and I didn't want to track gunk onto my new carpets, so I stopped at my local Advance Auto Parts and picked up a set of 4 heavy black one-size-fits-all mats made by Goodyear. My expectations were low, but they fit perfectly without any trimming and they really look nice in the car. I haul a lot of mulch and yard stuff, and had a Hexomat trunk liner in my Azera - fits and works great - and have ordered one for the Genesis.

I too had asked them for all weather mats... they gave me some off the shelf ones that didnt fit.. however I went back for oil change last week to Hyundai and guess what... there they are custom fit for Genesis on rack.. so they gave them to me... sweet deal.. fit awesome.. Need to take out other mats to fit right..

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I should have mentioned that - sorry. I did realize this is just a dealer's site.

I am going to bet these mats are not *official*. It would be cool if they said Genesis on them or something. Hopefully they have the hooks in place like the picture shows to ensure they do not slide around.

Bob

I own these mats (from Hyundai Accessory Store- great service, BTW). They're labeled "Genesis" and there's nothing I find to suspect they're not "factory authorized" (HAS is indeed a bricks and mortar dealer). I wondered before the purchase if they were as "custom fit" as the Weathertech mats I have for my other vehicles (also highly recommended). Here's the kicker - the display hooks that come with the Genesis mats are stamped "MacNeil Automotive" who, probably no coincidence, is the parent company of Weathertech. In any case, they fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier with them. Oh, last note (I just checked). They do say "Genesis".

I go to the local carpet store and ask them for their old samples pile. There are usually some pieces that are a matching color to my interior. The fit beautifully in the front. When they get dirty, I just go back for some more samples and toss the dirty samples. These are plush carpet samples and my guest riders seem to like to take their shoes off and rest on the carpets! Cost = $0
