If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I don't know if I got the same gas pedal or not. I bought one that slipped over the top of the existing one rather than a replacement. It was as simple an install as you could hope for, but looks and feels very nice. I think all of the brake pedal covers you see install the same: remove the rubber cover from the original, than attach the replacement by positioning the bottom first with the clip behind the pedal, then rotating upwards until the top clips click into place. Both covers have remained well in place with no slipping, they feel fine, and look very good. I couldn't find a dead pedal cover, but ordered one for another model that hope will work. Won't know for another couple of weeks most likely.

Edit: This is the set I ordered from Ebay:

They look very nice. I will order them from ebay too. thanks

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
I received and installed them today. Not only they look great but I really love the way new accelerator pedal responds.
It’s way smoother especially when I start to push the pedal. On my original one I had to be a little bit careful to get really smooth start. On this one it gives really smooth acceleration which I love.

I just ordered an set of OEM G80 sport pedals today from eBay. I will post pics with them installed when they arrive.

I should have posted pictures of mine earlier. Here you go. Note that the dead pedal is not part of the set, and in no way is a proper fit; however, it was a simple and cheap stick on solution, and honestly, once you pull your head out of the foot well, you can't see the top of it. Not perfect by any means, but I can live with it until I find something better.

Note that the dead pedal cover is woefully short, so I mounted it flush bottom. The brake and gas pedal have good fitment and appearance.

The further away you get, the less offensive. Once you stand up, the top disappears completely.

Man, close up pictures really show the dirt. In thought it was clean under there!

Which dead pedal cover is that? Where did you get it?

I just ordered the OEM 2017+ G80 sport pedals from Ebay and left the black rubber dead pedal as is since it seem like it is bonded to the carpet. I do not like how the sport dead pedal looks just sitting over the old black one like posted above.

I got the pedals in a few weeks ago and will be making the swap tonight. Joining the crowd.

It’s not difficult to install. The break paddle could be removed by hand. Just remove the bottom part first and work your way to the top.
For the gas there are two 10mm screws and one wire harness. Just remove the screws and wire harness and put the new one in. It took me 5 minutes to install.
You will need a 10mm socket and ratchet.

Ordered mine yesterday any luck on getting a dead pedal replacement yet

Got mine in today gas pedal was a snap brake pedal not so much I have Diabetic nerothropy and have limited hand strength so I Ben in the bottom tab and applied 3m adhesive tape and that did the trick. Also installed the door catch pulls to

Were you able to remove the plastic pedal and put the metal pedal on?I have a 2013 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Track and the sensor went out I bought a new one but it's that black plastic is there a way to remove the plastic pedal and put the metal one back on?

If you are asking about the accelerator pedal, It's not removable. You need to get the entire pedal in aluminum version. But for the brake pedal you can remove the top part.
