Hey gang, finally got my 2nd G70, this time a 2.0T, and we're much happier with it than the 3.3T SP we had to return. Feels torquier and nimbler than the 3.3T on normal driving, and it has plenty of power, so happy to save $7,500. Although I wish it had HUD, Napa, and 360, like you could equip a 2021; oh well. At least it has ventilated seats, and power folding mirrors now, for the extra 2 grand I had to pay over a 2022. I already debadged it completely, and ordered the rear wing emblem expedited, since it looks weird like that. Ha ha.
At any rate, I need to order a paint pen (to touch up the ugly seam by the hood and bumper cover), mud guards, wheel locks, and a key card. Only found one website where I could actually find those parts, but it only had from 1 to 5 cents discount (yes, they had the nerve to call a discount 1 cent. Ha ha). Other Hyundai discount websites which also sell Genesis just didn't work at all when choosing a G70; all parts returned errors. I will call the 2 dealers I usually use, and see what they say. But figured I'd post here for other alternatives, if any. By the way, I paid $30 for the key card for the 2022 SF Calligraphy, which is the same darn thing, and that dealer wants $100. What the heck? Can we use a Hyundai key card? Thank you guys.
