  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Still looking for true custom all weather floor and trunk mats. Anybody found any that are truly made for the Genesis Sedan?

Apparently there is. Some recent discussion about them is posted in another section of this forum.

I actually just bought a full set of generic clear mats and cut them to fit on the divers side. They only cost me $20 for all 4 mats. I'll probably do this each year if they don't get to gross over this winter.

Bought a set of weather tech's that fit nicely on Ebay for approx. $120....no complaints

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Bought a set at Sam's Club, front ones are near custom with a tight wall to wall fit, deep grooves and rasied border. 3 colors. worked out great for $20.00!!!!!

I was surprised to see that my 2010 came with a set of heavy duty mats still in the original wrapping, as well as a trunk liner, all with the Genesis logo.

here are the official all weather floor mats with the Genesis logo set within the middle.

they also have the Genesis branded rubber trunk mat as well.

shipping is free if you spend $150 or more, plus if you are a new customer you get 10% discounted on top. i felt it was a sweet deal, I ordered it last week so I should be getting the mats and trunk tray this week.

Also on my credit card statement, the description of the transaction notes that it is from a local dealer:

GARY ROME HYUNDAI HOLYOKE MA

So the website does seem to carry some credibility. I already missed one snow pass with the mats, I can't afford to go through another one! :D

P.S. My local dealership started to carry the all weather floor mats for the Genesis as well, but ordering online I saved a few bucks.

Previous poster beat me to it... I was just in the garage installing them (expecting 12-16" of snow tonight!). They are a factory item, and are clearly cut specifically for the Genesis. If you're familiar with the hard plastic custom mats from McNeil, these mats are of a slightly thicker, but more pliable, rubber compound. While they don't have the higher lip around the edge that the McNeil ones have, I really like them and expect they'll be more than enough to handle the winter weather. BTW, they're currently on sale.

I installed mine this week along with my winter tires. They are kinda thin, but will do the job.

That was my only concern.

I ended up buying some regular old floor mats from BJ's and cut them to fit. They actually look a lot better than I thought. And the tread on the generic mats are thick enough to hide the plastic floor nub that holds the OEM mats in place.

4 mats for $20 isn't bad, although I do love the look of the OEM.
