  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Any plans for new app downloads for the car?

I can play Pandora via Bluetooth with the Pandora app in the car. It came preloaded in the car (Aha too). 3.8 Ultimate

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
The cable you switched too, is it the one that Hyundai sells with the car or is it your regular cable?

I switched to the regular Apple cable foe the iPhone. Works great now.

One thing I hope they add over time, aside from CarPlay and Android Auto (which are rumored to be apps to download...we'll see), is iHeartRadio. Then again, we have tons of audio options with this car already - AM, FM, HD, SXM, Pandora, and Aha!

Interesting read on CarPlay:

I'm pretty well set with the Genesis DIS/onboard systems and Siri Eyes Free - not sure CarPlay will be a real improvement (at least in gen 1) after reading this?

Hopefully, Hyundai and other manufacturers will embrace Android Auto in the near future. That saves them a lot of programming, and every time Google updates your phone, your entertainment and navigation software is updated. Of course, existing autos won't get that, but maybe It'll be an option for me when I trade 5-7 years from now.
