Any Solution Yet to Iphone 4 Incoming Calls?

A number of threads but does not yet appear to be any solution to lack of incoming call ID with the Iphone 4.
 
I don't think that it's an iPhone 4/hardware problem - I have a 3GS, and for me the problem started with an iOS update last year. If the next iOS 5 beta seems stable enough, I may install it and see if the problem is still there.
