Anyone able to sync their iPhone to phonebook?

Hi

I have a 2011 4.6 (has tech). Can't download the phone book in the iPhone to the car.
Anyone been able to do it?
Any hints

Worked the first time I tried it before I left the dealer. What happens when you pair the iPhone?

I press the download phonebook menu item, it does the moving bars thing and then it's back out at the menu with no download.

I've deleted and re-paired thephone a few times without success.

Mine downloaded all the numbers with out names....!
But in all honesty I do believe it's the phones fault. Gave me good input practice.
Other then that the system works fine.

I have a 3GS also, no luck on the sync either.
Does anyone know how to manually enter numbers in the phone book?
I see an address book but know whey to enter name and phone numbers.
Thoughts?

I did that and it worked first time. Try holding the phone up to the radio. I noticed it would only pair the iphone 5 when i held it close, so i held it close when downloading phone book. It downloaded all. I phoned using voice commands by name and it worked fine.
