Today I noticed a small stain on the headliner immediately above the front passenger window. It was immediately below the handle grip above the window.

The stain looked like a water stain. It is brown/rust colored.

I fear the roof area is leaking somewhere causing this stain.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?
 
No leaks here. Are you sure you didn't bump and splash your coffee when getting into the car or at the starbucks drive-thru?
