In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. I'm considering the Genesis as an '09 purchase to replace my '02 I35. Anyone on this Forum purchased from a MA dealer that they are happy with?

Is there such a thing as a good H dealer? I bought a Genesis but the dealership experience is very poor compared to Lexus/Infiniti. You would thing they would have a more upscale corner or office for Genesis buyers. I would just get internet price quotes and go by the lowest overall price.
 
Thanks for the reply. I'll be in the market for a car in early 2009 and the Genesis is one of several cars I'll be looking at. I was curious about any other Genesis owners that bought cars here in Massachusetts. Regards
