Anyone successfully get their android digital key app to work?

I can't even log in. Says no customer information found. When I log into the owners.genesis.com site, there is no options to "activate" the digital key.

What am I missing here?

I did on my 24. It was more than a bit confusing and I'm an old fart. When it finally said it was set up and connected I wasn't even sure what I did.

I just looked at a window sticker on a 2024. It shows it part of the Sport Advance package. That is the basic 3.3 package. Does not have to be Prestige.

Just realized I don't know if you have a 2.5 or 3.3.

It's cool. I don't really need the digital key.
