Are kumho tires a good choice?

I was looking at the Kumho Ecsta 4X KU22(Discount tire $121 each) or the Ecsta LX Platinums.
Good or bad experiences. Tread wear etc.
Tire rack reviews are mostly on other cars and results may be different on the 4.6L Genesis.

Installed them on my 2009 Gennie. I was very happy with them. Treadwear appeared good. ( I traded to a 2012 after 10000 k on the Kuhmos. )

If you still haven't decided, check out the Cooper RS3-A and RS3-S. These tires are getting rave reviews and are readily compared to the Michelin PS2's. I recently installed a set of the RS3-A's on my E350 and I am very pleased. The RS3-S is the summer version. Quiet and very grippy.

Im on Kumho Ecsta SPT's for almost 9 months, i have around 6,000 miles on them and love them. very sticky

Just ordered a set of the Ecsta Platinum...I'll let you know! Only got 26k from the Michelin Pilot Sport AS plus, kinda disappointed considering the price I paid!
