So many good comments from random people - far more than I ever got with previous Euros I have owned.

Now if Genesis Australia would just get around to releasing Genesis Connected Services for our market I would be 100% satisfied.

Oh, goodness, the X5M is a beast. But, yes, comfort and reliability is going to be better. You went from one head turner to another.

Just got my GV80 a couple of days ago, it's a 7 seater Lux in Vik Black. Superb and luxurious. Traded a 2007 LR3. I monitor this site and the american one.

Welcome aboard and congratulations! How does the Genesis GV80 compare to the Land Rover LR3? And is there anything you miss about the Land Rover?

They are really two different vehicles. The LR was very quiet, and the airbag suspension made the ride and handling good. I have not had any time with the GV80 as yet, but it is a 3.0 diesel and it is very quiet, no diesel knock sounds. I have had the paint treated so the shine should last a few years with protection against bird crap etc. Looking forward to doing a few trips with the car.
