auto volume

The auto volume dosnt work. It dosnt adjust with road noise. I took it to the dealer, they said it did work, but they are wrong. It clearly dosnt change at all. I went into the settings and checked the block for auto volume adjust. Has anyone else had this problem?

The system does not adjust with road noise. It varies with speed, and it isn't a huge amount. If you are rolling over a particularly rough & noisy pavement, the increase may not be enough to overcome the tire noise.
