1G Genesis Sedan (2009-2014)
My 2010 genesis has navigation and a back up camera. The navigation screen works fine. When I put the car in reverse the only picture on the screen behind me is a grid. No picture of what’s behind me. Any ideas on what this issue may be. Am I missing something. I just bought the car but wasn’t concerned. Would like some help figuring this out before seeing dealer

May be loose connection inside the trunk under the lining. I remember from old posts people suggested to open and then slam close trunk several times. If this doesn't help you will have to find camera connector in the trunk to disconnect and reconnect it. If that doesn't help your camera may be bad.
