Backup camera issue

When I put the car in reverse, the camera come right on like normal. When I select the down view option, the camera does not change the view. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what was the fix?

This solution does not work for the non-jog genesis (the 8” touchscreen). I still have not found anyone to tell me how to get into the engineering menu with a 8” touchscreen.

Yup, I don't have the solution for the 8" screen. OP has 2015 5.0 Ultimate so that is 9" and it should fix the problem if that's what it is.

Thank you for the quick reply. I followed all the steps. My variant was DH and Parking Assist 1 was the only one checked and PGS was shown below as you noted but still have same problem. The camera view doesn’t change.
