Ball bearings in a beer can noise 3.8 v6

First start in the morning....engine rattles for half a second....then goes away...however, on some days the noise happens during starts throughout the day...anyone else having this issue? It sounds horrible... any damage being done? Have used Mobil 1 since day of the first oil change 6 years ago. Bought it new, was happy until the clear coat began peeling off the paint on all the plastic painted exterior pieces. Paint issues not covered after 3 years... I wonder if the engine noises will be covered?? This is on my 2011 Genesis 3.8, White in color, with 70,000 miles on it.

If you think you can replicate the problem to your dealer, take it to them since it is still under warranty for original owner.
