Battery Charge Showing 255% Charge

My 21 G90 sometimes sits in my garage for long periods of time while away and discharges aprox 4-5% / week. I purchased a trickle charger and connected it to the red battery connection and black frame connector as shown in manual. Came back and my battery charge now shows 255%. I drove the car for 3 hours with no issues but it still shows 255 in the connected services vehicle status details screen. Did a google search and said it most likely was a software issue and gave some suggestions on how to clear. Curious if anyone has seen this and subsequently cleared it.

Did you first turn it on while it was connected to the trickle charger and that is when it showed the reading?

I do not believe I did - do you know something or curious?

Was just curious - as power level meters on electronics in general do not give accurate battery readings when they are getting juiced. I'd be curious what happens after say 4 or 5 cyclings of the ignition - or are you already past that point?

Well I just checked the connected services app and it now shows 76% so I guess it had a software glitch that self cleared.
