Battery replacement

Has anyone been able to source a battery for a pre-facelift G70? I was kicking around the idea of seeing if the stinger battery would work in a g70 as they have mostly the same components. Would love to get one at a parts store instead of the dealer to save money, but that will be my last resort option. Thanks!

I checked with Interstate Battery online and G70 is not in their list but Stinger is and same H7 battery. If you go to a store or shop tell them the difference is the car body and not the battery for these two cars. Mine is 2019 G70.
