I don't know much about Sherwood Automotive/KAI, but I would not trust BBB. There is no indication in their stats and ratings of how many transactions were done where the customer was completely satisfied.

Here is a snippet from Wikipedia about some of the shady practices of BBB. Sounds to me like BBB is running a Mafioso protection racket:

In 2010 ABC's 20/20 reported in a segment titled "The Best Ratings Money Can Buy" about the irregularities in BBB ratings. They reported that a man created two dummy companies which received A+ ratings as soon as he had paid the membership fee. They also reported that business owners were told that the only way to improve their rating was by paying the fee. In one case a C was turned to an A immediately after a payment and in another case a C‑minus became an A+. Chef Wolfgang Puck said that some of his businesses receive F's because he refuses to pay a fee. Ritz Carlton [luxury hotel chain], which does not belong either, also receives F's for not responding to its complaints.​
 
BBB ratings are ONLY about the relationship the company has with the BBB, and have nothing to do with consumer satisfaction.

To get an A+ rating as stated above a business must:
1. pay the membership fee.
2. respond to every complaint (whether consumer is satisfied or not).

Actually there are a lot of posts with complaints about SA/KAI on this forum. Don't feel guilty. :)

On the other hand, I had 3 transactions with KAI/Sherwood. 2 of them were error free, and the third involved KAI receiving the wrong item from Korea, which they rectified immediately (it took a couple more weeks to get the right item, but it finally showed up). My experience did not reflect the numerous complaints here, but maybe I caught them on a good day.
 
I got my OEM lighted door sills and chrome side trim from them. It took a while to get the sills from Korea, but no problems.

Same with me. Bought lighted door sills and side trim. Also my trunk wings. Three separate successful transactions.

Most all of the complaints I have heard about them have to do with the time to get the parts, since some have to be ordered from Korea. Many people don't understand that. If you use a high-end credit card like American Express or Visa Platinum (or maybe others) you are protected from outright fraud almost all of the time.
