Beeping coming from dash

Hello, I own a 2013 hyundai genesis coupe rspec and recently it started beeping (not ticking) whenever I use my turning signal to turn left. There are no lights on the dash and I'm sure the lights on the outside are working. Anyone have this issue or know what the cause is ?

I have a 2015 and it does the same thing...but only a chirping sound. Government.

in reality it may be the relay has started to die (if it even has one) on older cars the relay for the turn signals also contained a little speaker that made the click noise.

I just started having this same issue on a 2010 Genesis Coupe, its the same beep as when shifting into reverse (for manual)
