Best dealer in South Orange County, CA?

I’m new to this site. Have been a Mercedes guy for many years, a Lexus guy for many years before that. I am looking at making the switch to Genesis and am looking for recommendations for the best, customer service oriented dealer in the South O.C. area. Naturally, a dealer who is competitive price wise would also be of interest. Thanks.

Honestly, since getting my G70 in June I’ve tried out all three OC dealerships (Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel, and Tuttle Click) and the latter two have both been unprofessional and honestly don’t deserve anyone’s business. It may be a little more of a drive for you, but I would highly recommend you go to Genesis of Huntington Beach. I have had a pretty much flawless experience with them, and they’re the only dealership in OC that actually has a dedicated Genesis concierge person. They have gone out of their way to make sure I have a good experience; can’t recommend them enough over the other two.

No problem! And no, I actually got my car from Genesis of Bakersfield. Bit of a drive, but they were the only ones who had the color combo I wanted!
