What color do you think is the best interior color on the Hyundai Genesis sedan?

Agree. The fear of the lighter seats is unfounded, unless one regularly carries kids and other animals extensively.

I think black offers more privacy, when in the car or when it is parked. With even a mild aftermarket tint film, it is very hard to see inside a car with a black interior.

I never leave any valuables visible in the car, so interior color is not an issue. As far as a darkened interior, maybe its more prevalent to break-in - there must be something in there....

You don't have to leave anything "valuable" in a car for thieves to break in. If they see anything they will break in, even if the stuff is almost worthless. In many cases, car break-ins are done by teenage hoodlums, not brain surgeons.

I also carry a black towel in my car to place over whatever I have inside, and it is invisible inside my tinted car with a black interior. This is true even though I only have a fairly light 50% VLT tint film (Formula One Pinnacle). Those who want an ivory interior are welcome to their own preferences.

I am gonna Express my fondness for the grey. Interior. The accent color for steering wheel, dash, doors, carpet and trim is dark chocolate brown not the ever present black.. It"s a very rich and distinguished contrast. After multiple black interiors the light color was a welcome change. And keeping the light color clean has been just as easy as keeping a black interior. You need to clean both!

I was surprised how much I liked the gray in person. While it wasn't my first choice (Ivory), it makes for a very nice cabin. Ivory>gray>black>beige

Do like Huddleston and you won't worry about anyone seeing inside or out lol. I don't see what the point is anyways I think ivory looks the best but I bet keeping it clean is insane expecially as a daily driver.
Note: I find the wood on my beige sub par compared to all the ivory wood(so bad i could have sworn it was fake!) I know it's only a color but I never seen one were it didn't have beautiful long grains. Maybe they picked the uglier grains for the base v8 lol.

Using it as a mostly daily driver and not issues so far. Had some trepidation at first, but it has been problem and almost maintenance free. I have minimal traffic inside the car, so that my be a factor. Have also not had any noticeable blue jean transfer. The ivory with the black wood is a sweet combo and when highlighted by the black exterior it still makes me smile.

For sure I'm totally jealous of ivory wood trim. Don't get me wrong beige is awesome and hyundai has hit a home run with the interior I think I wouldn't complain to much if it was pink. I just wish "my" wood trim was nicer. Hell till nik told me it was real I would have sworn up and down it was fake. Either way nicer then my old hyundai elentra I drove since highschool lol can't complain too much.

If your 2015/2016 Hyundai Genesis wood trim is glossy, it is fake. If it is not glossy then it is real wood.

No its that matte finish just looks too perfect?!* Was expecting more of what you see online during reviews with the nice long open grains going across the whole dash...who was it that used a loop to check out their windshield? I might try that lmfao

I chose Ivory because I generally like light interiors, for some reason to me they feel more luxurious. The contrast piping is something that Hyundai has done very well on the Genny I think.
But beyond the leather color, I believe the leather wood combination on the ivory is by far the best. The invory interior imho features by far the most attractive wood trim. That is ultimately why I wanted it.
My dream combo would have been empire state grey or Montecito blue with ivory interior. But I am a ridiculous impulse buyer and couldn't wait, hence the black exterior ;-)

Beige interior here. Looks luxurous. For car I have ever owned with light color interior. I really wanted that Camel look that the old Genesis had as an option but not available in ours.

I don't have a Genny yet but I am hoping to bag a White one with Gray interior. Reason being is that I plan to tint the Genny with Spectra PhotoSync. This tint has a slight blue hue to it that probably wouldn't go to well with Beige behind it.

Has anyone here ever thought of getting PhotoSync tint? I once saw a Tesla with it and it looked really nice.
