  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Black Genesis badge

I haven't seen any painted but will say I like the look of my Black Chrome wings compared to the stock silver. Black chrome was a factory option for the 1G (BH) models, imagine they have the same for your 2G.

interesting that's a cool option did not know the 1G's had that option. My plan is to eventually kind of transform the chrome trim on the car to more of a gunmetal dark trim, I think the black badges would match it nicely.

I'm guessing the black chrome was a dealer option versus a factory option.

Seek out Jay Sampson at Peace Bug Paintwork on Facebook, he does custom painted Genesis wings.

$113 for an OEM painted badge? That's a good one. :hillarious:
Why not buy a rattle can of OEM paint from www.paintscratch.com and try it yourself?
All you have to do is mask the center.
