  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

A blue dot has appear in the middle of my infotainment system. It’s there on every screen, the map, first tile card, CarPlay screen etc. Does anyone know what this is? Thinking it could be a defect of some kind and I have an appt next week to see what the dealer says. When I called they didn’t seem to know.

It’s a 2025 Advance that I’ve had for a week and a half and it just showed up yesterday.

It very well may be a stuck pixel. Happens on monitors & TVs all the time. Most of the time, you can fix it by massaging that spot with your finger for a minute or so.
If not, your warranty will fix it. :)

It could be the position the current vehicle is at. Opps, looked at the arrow and not the dot.

Dead pixel. If it bothers you get it replaced.

The overall quality of GV80 or Genesis in general, dropped significantly, and is now below industrial average, based on JD Powers.
