    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I just purchased my second 2015 Hyundai Genesis a few weeks ago. I leased a 2015 when it first came out, and it was hands down the best car I have ever drove. When I got my Genesis, I had to send Hyundai proof of purchase in order to get the previous owner unregistered with blue link. After setting up my blue link account, my remote start only worked once. I called customer service and they were no help in solving this problem. Nothing would work with the app... flashing lights, locking the doors.This went on for over 2 weeks. My previous Genesis never had any issues with blue link, so I knew it couldn’t be my location or lack or reception. Yesterday, while I was at a store, I decided to try once again to start my car, but this time I had a mask on. So after the app wouldn’t process Face ID, and I had to put my PIN number in....STARTED RIGHT UP! I then deactivated FACE ID and it worked EVERY TIME! So, incase anyone is having an issue with there blue link, and can’t figure it out. I thought I’d post this in hoping it solves your problem.
