Bluetooth/3way answer,swap drop or reject

I was wondering if anyone knows what the criteria is for compatability between the cell phone and the bluetooth system.
I would like to purchase a phone that works with this system but no one seems to know what makes everything happy

I don't know what the specific technical criteria are, but if you are looking for models that work, I have no problems with my Motorola Droid.

There are several postings from people having problems with Samsung phones....not sure which ones. Perhaps we should start a compatibility thread. The two phones we've successfully linked to the premium (non-tech) BT system are a Palm Pre and a Sanyo SCP-8400.
