Bluetooth & navigation

Today, while driving with the navigation on I received a call via bluetooth. I answered the call and the screen left navigation and went to phone. After the call was disconnected the navigation screen did NOT return and was disconnected. Is this normal?

No this isn't normal. Once the call ends you should see a small box on the screen saying "call ended" and when it disappears the screen should revert to what was displayed before the call came in.
