  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My parents just bought a 2011 Genesis sedan 3.8. It has the factory touch screen nav. I paired both of their phones and set my father's phone to top priority. However, when my mom (#2 priority) was the last phone connected and they both get in her phone connects first and not my fathers (which was set as first priority). Any idea how to fix this problem?? Any help would be great since I don't own one I know very little about it.

Thanks,
John

Simple. They need his and hers Genesis. :)

Sorry, no clue..... just having a little fun.

Have her turn her phone off while approaching the car until his is paired, then turn hers back on. 2 minutes tops.
