2016 genesis sedan Bluetooth won't connect my phone(did not have a problem for 2 1/2 years) Dealer says there is nothing wrong with car system and that it connects the dealers phone just fine and yes it connects my wife's phone also but not mine. My phone connects to wife's car just fine so dealer says it's the phone I called Samsung they ran a bunch of test and determined nothing wrong with phone went back to dealer they say it's the phone,I got anew phone (galaxy8)same problem brought phone back got a different phone(galaxy 10 note) same problem this is exhausting.

I had the same problem, my oneplus3T connected perfectly with previous car but no audio with the Genesis, dealer tried and his phone didnt work either so they replaced the "radio" and still didnt work.
So started trying other phones
An old Samsung about 9 years old worked as did a iPhone 4 but not a iPhone 6
Took a chance and bought a Samsung Galaxy A70 and it worked.

Personally I don't think its the phone but compatibility issues with Hyundai Bluetooth, so try to find a phone that's compatible
