  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi all. This is actually my first post on this forum. I have a 2015 Genesis which I love. Last week I had to take a long trip for a family issue. On 5 occasions the dashboard showed the warning "BSD Canceled" On 1 occasion normal function returned without doing anything other than driving. On the other 4, the normal function only returned after shutting off the vehicle and restarting. Any ideas or suggestions?

Also on 1 occasion, I got the warning to keep my hands on the steering wheel, even though it was grasped thoroughly.

Are these signs of computer issues or what should I do to correct?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Thank you for the response and the link.

I recently had that happen while driving in the middle of nowhere in West Texas this week - apparently when they don't sense anything for over 30 mins, they disengage...
