Buying aftermarket wheels help

My OEM wheels are:
18x7.5 front and 18x8 rear
5x114.3 bolt
30-42mm offset

If i buy aftermarket wheels does it have to be these exact specs?
It is very hard to find 18x7.5 for my front tires so i was wondering if i can stretch the front tires with 18x8 wheels on them. is this possible?
If so, should i buy 4 wheels of the same specs or should i bump up my rear wheels with 18x8.5 or 18x9?
Also how do i know what the offset it?
any help would be greatly appreciated

You need to do more research. There are plenty of Gen Coupe's with aggressive aftermarket setups to look at. This forum is not the best for coupe owners. I would go over to http://www.Genesis Coupe.com/ and look around.
