Can i change the transmission filter on my 2012 3.8 genesis sedan?

Dealer says its not serviceable
 
Yes, It can be changed. It is part of the transmission pan and you change the whole pan. Very similar to this video of the coupe pan change.

Thanks i thought so too but i was confused when the dealer said it was not serviceable
