Can we sue Hyundai/Genesis for 3G blue link?

So, hyundai was using 3g in vehicles up to 2020 (I’m the DH G80 I believe). Apparently people are suing Toyota for this Class Action Says Toyota, Lexus Vehicles Equipped with ‘Obsolete’ Features Reliant on Phased-Out 3G Networks
So why can’t we get a whole bunch of furious people here and do the same to Hyundai and see if we’ll get anything? I mean lawsuits like never work but it’s worth a shot.

Yeah, maybe we'll all get a brand new car in place of it. Meantime, the lawyers will get a bunch of $$$.

I did get a payment from a class action against ATT. Got a check for 25 cents.

They would also play the blame game. Hyundai/Genesis does not build the head units. So, should LG or others have made the change earlier? It was none of the above that decided to discontinue 3G service. Do you go after Verizon and ATT?

As long as we are taking legal action, I can't get a version of Windows that will run on my 8088 computer. I need that to edit my 8 track tapes.

I have a 21 GV80. There is a window sticker that says that once 3G is gone, my car will not communicate. But come to fine out, my car has the 4 lte so all works well. But here are two more stories about two other Lux cars I own or have owned.

2017 BMW X3. I called BMW to find out what I could do to get connected again. They told me there were three options depending on the head unit.
1) Nothing I am SOL. but no charge..
2) Software update will change it over from 3G to 4 lte Free of charge
3) They would replace a component in the head unit and do a software update, again Free of charge.
I was able to just get the software update and I was on my way. But this was a 6 year old car and they probably did not have to do anything. I give them my respect for that.

2018 Audi Q45. They offered to plug something into your OBD port that would give you back some features, But the Audi connect services suck and they cost a fortune. I got rid of that car.
