Can't get dealer to fix flutter at 25-30 mph

I've seen other posts where people were able to get the dealership to fix the fluttering noise that occurs when driving around 25-30 mph. The dealership told me they can hear the noise but don't know what is causing it. Any advice on how to handle this?

Kick the problem up the chain till you reach general management. Then find another dealer.

you go to the service advisor and say you want the service manager. You go to the service manager and say you want the general manager. Since they don’t know what they’re doing, don’t give them more than 48 hours before applying more pressure.

if they don’t either handle the problems themselves or pass you up the chain, skip them. If you get to the top and see no help, leave them.
